i feel like someone, somewhere needs to hear this:

i’ve been thinking about writing this post all day, but wasn’t quite sure how to word it.

first of all, you’re beautiful. i know that has turned into an almost cliche term, especially to those that don’t believe it, but i can promise you it’s true. second of all, you don’t have to do this to yourself. i know that you think you need to eat ONLY enough to get you buy. an apple a day, right? if that, some days you don’t even eat at all. or maybe you eat everything in sight then feel so bad you purge. i KNOW what that’s like, and i know that you don’t have to result to that. take a look at what your doing to yourself, please. i know it’s more than wanting to look perfect, and to be skinny. this is the only thing you can control. but the reality is, you’re not in control at all. this is destruction; you’re destroying yourself. that may sound harsh, but it’s the truth. NONE OF THIS MAKES YOU A BAD PERSON THOUGH. know that we all have our struggles. we all live with demons, no matter how big or small they may be. they lurk in our mind and even when they’re gone they can come back. but it’s about being bigger than your demons. it’s so easy to let them own you. don’t give in. you need to break your walls down and let the light in. i know it’s scary when you’ve been in the dark for so long, but you can’t walk through a brick wall. the light will heal you. even if it’s hard to imagine try to think about what your life would be like without all of this. not worrying about every morsel you put in your mouth. not worrying about every way you stand, how your clothes cling to your body, how you look when your sitting, what you think people are staring at. just close your eyes and imagine. i can promise you it’s better than this. you’re so much more than this. you’re so beautiful, and you can overcome this. i fully believe that and i truly hope you do too. <3

i must say i’m quite proud of myself…

that i did not listen to the tay swift album leak (or read the hidden messages!) i went out first thing this morning and got myself a copy. I honestly have no words for it, only love. it’s truly amazing; just as i had expected.
